Paskunji Residence - Tbilisi

Both lovable and frustrating

The location is wonderful, right in the old city. The staff's attentiveness, especially Lili-her support enhanced our stay significantly.

Some room details were lacking, with issues like poor insulation leading to disturbances during the nights.

Quiet hotel, quiet atmosphere, stunning location close to city centre. Location close to the main sights, and the best Georgian restaurants in Tbilisi...

Everything was perfect and the rooms were brand-new and well-equipped. This accommodation was in the very central location ready to help in everything. What's more, it was adjacent to Liberty Square, and shops and transport.

The hotel features a well-equipped kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals .

The noise insulation in the building is quite poor. We could hear every sound from our neighbors, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Greatly enjoyed a seating area, a writing table, and iron/ironing board in the room. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to Freedom Square. Accommodating and super-friendly staff who were always there to help.

My 1 night in Tbilisi were such great! There were a safe and an iron in the room, appreciated that. The location was marvellous, not very far from a Kura river. The airport was 20 km away.

Cozy ambiance with spacious design elements that create a home-like feel. Convenient access to the main attractions makes navigating easy.

Dangerous stairway for younglings, and the bathroom light is stuck in the 'on' position behind glass. Housekeeping is needed but not consistently provided, and taxis can't reach the gate directly, requiring a trek to Freedom Square.

Paskunji Residence in Tbilisi is a true gem! The staff are great, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The modern studio apartments are well-equipped, and the location is perfect for exploring. Don't miss out on the cozy balcony for evening relaxation!

The apartment was modern and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just steps away from Liberty Square and great cafes. Ms. Lili, the PR Manager, were really good too ensure we felt welcomed and celebrated our anniversary with thoughtful surprises.

The location is fantastic, being central yet away from the tourist hustle. The spacious family suite featured high ceilings and efficient temperature control. The maintenance was lacking as the bedroom lights were non-functional , and we encountered issues with hot water availability in the morning. Dining options nearby were abundant, and I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs for breakfast.

I had a lovely week here, enjoying the super comfy bed and the well-equipped kitchen. The atmosphere was so relaxing with live music and a cozy lounge area to unwind each evening. The only thing was that the low ceiling in the room took a bit of getting used to, but overall it was a fantastic experience 🎶

We loved our 3-night stay at Paskunji Residence. The room was stylish and spacious, equipped with utensils, a sofa, and a balcony. The staff was competent and provided excellent cooperation. Its location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Sheffield Winter Gardens and Millennium Galleries, was ideal and exceptionally pleasant.
